Pay Fixation ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി Salary Matters -> Pay Fixation 2014 -> Pay Revision Fixation എന്ന ക്രമത്തില്‍ പേജ് ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്ത് ചില ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പേര് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത് പേജിന്റെ താഴെയുള്ള Confirm Details എന്ന ബട്ടണില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ Service History Update ചെയ്യാന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന error message വരുന്നതു കാണാം. Service History ശരിയല്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ വരുന്നത്. Present Salary പേജിലെ Last Pay Change തിയതിയോ അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള തിയതിയോ സര്‍വ്വീസ് ഹിസ്റ്ററിയില്‍ ഉണ്ടാവരുത്.For more click here

Pay Revision അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പുതിയ ശമ്പളം മാറുന്നവര്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ്. സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ മാതൃക താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

Certified that an undertaking in the prescribed form regarding refund of excess claim obtained from all the incubents and posted in the SB after counter signature.

Fixation Statement form 3 copy ബില്ലിനോടൊപ്പം വെയ്ക്കണം
Professional Tax അടച്ച Receipt വെക്കണം
Dies non Certificate വെക്കണം
Income Tax Settle ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് Certificate എഴുതണം. Statement വെക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
GPAIS ഇതുവരെ 2016 ലെ പ്രീമിയം അടച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തവര്‍ 2/16 ലെ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 31/3/2016 നകം മാറത്തക്കവിധം കുറവു വരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.
