Certificates With Salary Bill Of 02/2016

• Pay Revision അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പുതിയ ശമ്പളം മാറുന്നവര്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ്. സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ മാതൃക താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

• Certified that an undertaking in the prescribed form regarding refund of excess claim obtained from all the incubents and posted in the SB after counter signature. 

• Fixation Statement form 3 copy ബില്ലിനോടൊപ്പം വെയ്ക്കണം
• Professional Tax അടച്ച Receipt വെക്കണം
•  Dies non Certificate വെക്കണം
• Income Tax Settle ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് Certificate എഴുതണം. Statement വെക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
• GPAIS ഇതുവരെ 2016 ലെ പ്രീമിയം അടച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തവര്‍ 2/16 ലെ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 31/3/2016 നകം മാറത്തക്കവിധം കുറവു വരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.
